Intimate micro wedding
in Villa Rosenaw

Intimate weddings, or so-called “micro weddings”, are becoming quite popular these days. They often play out within one’s close family circle, which adds to the unique, affectionate atmosphere. Plus, there are many options on how to incorporate, prepare, and highlight the magic of such a wedding.

The ideal place for an intimate wedding is Villa Rosenaw. Its both period and modern interpretation of renovated rooms encourages various versions of wedding ceremonies and receptions to be held here. In this case, we worked with light pastel colours that were not only reflected in the floral decoration but also the wedding inventory, including the table settings and dessert table, i.e. glass service plates, rosaline glass, lilac napkins, and a mix of shades for various candles and candleholders.

The bride’s wedding dress, as well as her hair and makeup, also reflected the period that my creative team and I were aiming for. We added rose flower arrangements to the historical staircase with a view of the unique chandelier and stained glass ceiling. This created a great photo op on both sides of the stairs.

The overall design of this micro wedding introduced a play of colours and materials that was visible in the decorations, the wedding graphic materials, on the dessert table, as well as in the designer details. Sometimes, simply highlighting and fine-tuning the atmosphere of the venue is all you need. And that’s exactly what we know how to do.
